You're caught between opposing factors that you're expected to ignore while only focusing on the task at hand. It keeps things out of balance for you. The pay is sufficient, but you aren't getting the credit you deserve, so you're wondering if maybe the payoff isn't worth being treated like this is your first job.
There is nothing in the reading about movement or change, so your best option is to be sly and play the game. I feel there's a woman who causes most of your discomfort, so you need to know it's not about you. It's about her. Take your emotions out of the work environment. Be bold, always smile; don't be a doormat, but don't be emotionally involved. Particularly with the woman, keep your relationship strictly cognitive.
Unfortunately there is nothing to suggest things will change at work, either. You do have the power to change how it affects you, though. Good luck!

Question: What energies are at work around me and how will they affect me?
The first thing I see is Passion, but not in a romantic sense. More like that drive to accomplish something or make a difference in an area that is close to your heart. You are well equipped for that purpose. If you dream of a great project, a career change, or moving to an island somewhere and working with natives, this card encourages you to do that.
You probably won't, though, because of the second force around you. It is someone here in the real world who needs you. An older child or someone else who relies on you to help meet their basic needs -- grocery shopping, transportation, etc. This person and their needs keep you grounded like a tethered hot air balloon.
The third force around you is Justice. Your desire to do the right thing is almost as fulfilling as living those distant dreams that you hope you'll get to do in some other lifetime. Understand that "the right thing" does not mean morally right; it means right by those around you. You are not given to extremes, and you are not a martyr. You do give of yourself, and it pleases you.
The effect of all this is that you might have settled for less than you hoped for when you were young and idealistic, but it certainly hasn't hurt you any. It's not going to now, either. Thank you..it's going to sound strange maybe, but the person who has me tethered is myself, i believe..about 7 years ago i developed rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia shortly after going back to school and then working as a Practical Nurse..so those plans were nipped in the bud..and it's me who is looking after this new me.

Things look good financially. You manage money well and you're feeling relaxed in that area. If there have been problems or stress, they should be lifting. I looked for more details here but they weren't very forthcoming. General questions do tend to give general answers.
Apart from finances, there is still something on your mind, some other kind of stress. I get the feeling something left or is going to leave you. Perhaps there's a health problem, a child moved out of the house, or someone has recently passed and you miss them. However, I feel that whatever is leaving is less emotional than that; it's more like a false belief or illusion, or perhaps your eyes will be opened about something. This might be unpleasant, but it's not tragic.
Romantically speaking, you're on fire! Whatever is going on in that area, you don't need to worry about it. It's definitely feeding itself.
Other than the thing that's stressing you out, which is going to be brought to light in the next few months, things look good for you. No huge surprises or horrific events on your horizon. We should all be so lucky!
